The plugin isn't showing up in my DAW
- Rescan plugins in your DAW's plugin preferences, then restart your DAW.
- On Mac, Reflection installs as both VST3 and AU. On Windows it installs as VST3. Make sure your DAW is set to scan that format.

My phone can't connect
- Make sure Reflection is licensed or on an active trial. Devices connect only when Reflection is unlocked.
- Make sure your phone or tablet and your computer are on the same Wi-Fi network.
- Make sure the Reflection desktop app is running on your computer. Your phone connects automatically over Wi-Fi.
- On Windows, check that the firewall is allowing Reflection. See the Windows setup guide.
The desktop app won't start
- Try restarting the desktop app.
- On Windows, check that your antivirus isn't blocking Reflection.
- If it still won't start, email [email protected].
