Reflection End User License Agreement
Version 1.6 — Last updated: June 10, 2026
This agreement applies to Reflection software from Adam Baker, and any successor entity ("The Author", "we", "us", "our"). By installing or using Reflection ("the Software"), you agree to these terms.
License
We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to install and use the Software on your devices. Your rights to each part of the Software depend on what you've purchased or activated, subject to its activation limits. You may not sell, share, or give away your license to others.
The Software is licensed, not sold. You're getting the right to use it, not ownership of it.
Restrictions
Please don't:
- Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Software, except where applicable law expressly permits
- Share your license key with others
- Distribute the Software without our written permission
- Use the Software for anything illegal
Ownership
We own the Software and all intellectual property rights in it. Third-party components included with the Software (including open source software) are subject to their respective license terms. Attributions and licenses for these components are included with the Software.
License Verification
The Software may contact our servers to verify your license. See our Privacy Policy at www.reflection-app.com/privacy for details.
Disclaimer
The Software is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. We are not responsible for any damage to your computer, data loss, or other issues arising from use of the Software. We disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.
Use it at your own risk. Back up your work. Save often.
Because some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion or limitation of liability for certain damages, these limitations may not apply to you.
Termination
This license is effective until terminated. If you violate any of these terms, your license terminates automatically. Upon termination, you must stop using the Software and delete all copies.
Governing Law
This agreement is governed by the laws of the State of California, United States. Any disputes will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in California.
